Lisa Schneider
APRN, FNP-C Nurse Practitioner
Lisa Schneider is a practicing APRN in the community with 11 years of nursing experience across diverse healthcare systems, including primary care, chronic disease management, women's health, veteran's compensation, pension, long-term acute care, ICU, and wound care centers.
Lisa's BS degree in chemistry developed her passion for understanding the underlying disease management process and applying that understanding to patients' diagnoses and treatment. She takes pride in listening to and understanding her patients to utilize an inclusive method when building a person-centered care and treatment plan.
Lisa considers the patient, physician relationship more vital when implementing a team-based model. She learned this team-based approach as an athlete and captain of the college varsity team. Lisa believes that healthcare should encompass a holistic approach and empower those within our community, even the under-represented minorities, to live healthy and purposeful lives.
